My 12-year-old daughter, Eleanor, loves working with Coach Carl. He has a way of making repetitive drills enjoyable and makes sure her fundamentals are strong. Eleanor has dropped a significant amount of time in every single stroke. Carl has been instrumental in her improvement and her work ethic. We are so grateful we found him!

In the 1960s, I joined the swim club and my high school swim team.
In 1971, I joined the University of Hawai`i-Manoa swim team.I began Masters swimming in 2010, competing in both pool and open water events. I currently hold some Top Ten U.S. Masters times and state age group records. In nearly ten years, my times have not declined— an accomplishment I’m proud of for someone of my age.
I’ve watched hours of world class swimmers and noted common traits of the most top swimmers today. I’ve attended coaching clinics where I’ve learned the latest drills, techniques, and methodologies.
